During this season, temperatures are pleasant , ranging between 10-20ºC . One of the main attractions of spring is the cherry blossoms , which cover the country with their delicate pink and white flowers. The cherry blossom festival , which takes place in cities such as Seoul and Jinhae , attracts numerous tourists who wish to contemplate this impressive sight.

This time of year is ideal for those who enjoy water activities , as beaches on the south coast, such as Haeundae in Busan , offer a wide range of opportunities for swimming, surfing and exploring. However, the heat and humidity can be oppressive, so it's crucial to be prepared and stay hydrated.

 

Busan 's summer festival, known as the Busan International Film Festival , is a standout event that attracts filmmakers and film lovers from around the world. While summer may not be the most comfortable time for some travelers, those who don't fear the heat can enjoy cultural festivals, outdoor concerts, and delicious street food .

Temperatures are cool , ranging from 10-20ºC , and the country transforms into a tapestry of bright colors as the leaves turn from green to warm shades of red, orange, and yellow. This season is perfect for hiking in the mountains, such as in Seoraksan National Park , where the landscapes are simply stunning.

In addition to its natural beauty, autumn is also the time for numerous festivals, such as the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival (Chuseok, 추석) , which falls in September and October. During this time, families gather to honor their ancestors and enjoy traditional dishes. Visitors can enjoy an authentic cultural experience by participating in these celebrations. However, since autumn is a popular time to travel , it is advisable to book accommodation and transportation in advance.

  • If you are looking for a pleasant climate, floral landscapes and to visit every corner without worrying about the weather, spring is the ideal option.

  • To enjoy the beach, indoor activities and festivals, summer is a good option.

  • If you prefer autumn landscapes, traditional festivals and, just like in spring, visiting every corner without worrying about the weather, autumn is perfect for you.

  • If you love winter and snow activities , don't hesitate to visit the country during this season.
